En détail

Avant d'atteindre une zone majeure, le prix rencontre souvent un petit pivot intermédiaire, bien visible. Les ordres qui s'y accumulent sont collectés au passage : c'est l'inducement, parfois noté IDM.

La lecture : ce petit niveau n'était pas la destination, seulement une étape sur le chemin. Il attire l'attention, il est pris, le mouvement continue.

Comme tout le vocabulaire d'intention en SMC, c'est une grille de lecture appliquée après coup, pas une mécanique prouvée. Elle décrit un enchaînement fréquent — elle ne l'annonce pas.

Inducement

Le petit niveau évident lui-même, celui qui attire les ordres.

Sweep

L'action de le percer pour collecter ces ordres. L'un est le décor, l'autre est le geste.

L'erreur classique

Voir un inducement rétrospectivement sur chaque graphique. Après coup, tout petit pivot avant un mouvement ressemble à un appât.

Inducement

In one sentence

A small obvious high or low sitting just before a more important zone — the orders there are collected on the way.

In detail

Before reaching a major zone, price often meets a small, clearly visible intermediate pivot. The orders piling up there are collected in passing: that is inducement, sometimes noted IDM.

The reading: that small level was not the destination, only a step on the way. It draws attention, it gets taken, the move continues.

Like all intent vocabulary in SMC, it is a reading grid applied after the fact, not a proven mechanic. It describes a frequent sequence — it does not announce it.

Inducement and sweep

Inducement

The small obvious level itself, the one attracting orders.

Sweep

The act of piercing it to collect those orders. One is the scenery, the other is the gesture.

The classic mistake

Seeing inducement retrospectively on every chart. After the fact, any small pivot before a move looks like bait.
